Portland/Coast

When we got to Portland, I was shocked by its beauty. It was incredible and unexpected. I had no idea it was so lush and green. I had no idea that you could be hiking up mountains in a matter of minutes from downtown. We had such a good time with the Cooper family. We rented a home right on the coast that was adorable, just a couple hours away. It was such a perfect trip. This trip marks the spot when Avery started hiking. She even completed a 6 mile hike- I was so proud of her. If you ever want to have a wonderful time outdoors, you should definitely consider taking a trip to Portland.

singing group

This year my mom decided to do a singing group and I decided I would help her. I thought it would be a great experience for Avery. I grew up singing when I was little and was excited to see her up on stage. It was a fun experience and I'm glad I was able to help teach her class, even though it was stressful it was still a lot of fun and most importantly, Avery had a blast!

twin jammies

I thought my kids looked so cute in these pajamas. These are the only pair they have the same and they were both so excited to wear them so they could be the same. There such good little buddies!

T-ball Spring 2006

Avery surprised me when she played T-ball. I wasn't sure how she would react being the only girl on the team, but she did fantastic. She was able to play with two of her good buddies Frankie and Mason.

Universal Studios

This year we decided to get Season passes to Universal Studios. Avery and Boston love it here!

boston's first ice cream cone

Do you remember having your first ice cream cone? Boston was in heaven. He was amazed at how good it tasted. His expressions were so cute, I couldn't resist snapping a few shots!

Boston's 1st Birthday

Boston's 1st Birthday!

I thought the table I decorated for Boston's birthday turned out cute so I had to take a picture of it. I can't believe he is one. Time goes by so fast. He is such a sweet little boy. He had a lot of fun eating his cake. His favorite part was the swedish fish that were decorated on top of the cake.

grandma comes to visit

Grandma Morris came to visit for Boston Jack's birthday. We had lots of fun with her. We went to Leu Gardens and helped with Boston's party. It's always so fun to see her!
